Fire-resistant STEG Plate PR-30 (1 pc/pack) Promrukav

The autonomous fire extinguishing device "STEG Plate" Promrukav consists of thermo-activated microcapsules with a gaseous fire extinguishing agent (FK-5-1-12), enclosed in a gas-permeable polymer matrix, and an adhesive layer for attaching the plates. The small size of the Plates allows them to be installed in places closest to the potential fire source (junction boxes, contact groups, wire clusters, electrical equipment, switchgear, etc.), preventing the occurrence and development of a fire at an early stage in volumes up to 65 liters. When exposed to flames or heated to the activation temperature (+120 °C), the microcapsules break down and impulsively release the gaseous fire extinguishing agent, which knocks down the flames, breaks the kinetic chains of the combustion process, creating an environment that does not support combustion, and instantly extinguishes the fire in the protected volume. The Promrukav fire protection plate is designed for a volume of up to 30 liters and has dimensions of 100x100x2.5 mm.
