Gypsum tongue-and-groove hollow moisture-resistant board, 80mm VOLMA

PGB VOLMA are gypsum boards made from environmentally safe natural material using casting technology. The boards are produced in a rectangular shape, with a groove or tongue on the joint surfaces. The moisture-resistant hollow tongue-and-groove board VOLMA is a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves and tongues on the supporting and joint surfaces. According to TU 5742-003-78667917-2005, the boards are made from gypsum binder with the addition of plasticizing and hydrophobic additives using casting technology and are intended for the construction of partitions in buildings and premises of various purposes with dry, normal, and humid moisture regimes of operation according to SP 50.13330. The moisture-resistant hollow tongue-and-groove boards have a marking tint of a greenish shade. Made from environmentally clean natural material, they are non-combustible, do not contain toxic substances, have no odor, possess high sound-insulating capability, and high vapor and gas permeability. The water absorption of moisture-resistant hollow tongue-and-groove boards VOLMA is 5%. The perfect surface and accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the tongue-and-groove boards allow for no plastering work. The process of assembling a wall from such a board is similar to the principle of a LEGO toy constructor, where the products are connected by interlocking the groove and tongue. For fixing the boards, gypsum adhesive "VOLMA-MONTAZH" or "VOLMA-MONTAZH MOROZ" is used at negative temperatures.
